10月20-21日，肯尼亚SEZA（特别经济区管理局）首席执行官Kenneth博士及代表团一行莅临九阳防水参观交流。董事长刘启军携公司管理团队全程陪同，双方围绕在肯投资建设等话题展开深入探讨。

From October 20 to 21, Dr. Kenneth, CEO of Kenya Special Economic Zones Authority (SEZA), and his delegation visited Joyoung Waterproof. Mr. Liu Qijun, Chairman of Joyoung Waterproof, together with the management team, accompanied the guests throughout the visit. Both sides held in-depth discussions on investment and construction in Kenya.

Kenneth博士一行先后走进九阳防水研发技术中心、数字化生产车间、防水施工实训基地、修缮培训基地和职工之家，全面了解公司发展历程、全球产业布局、智能化产能规模与技术研发实力，代表团对九阳防水的综合实力给予高度评价。

Dr. Kenneth and his delegation visited the R&D Center, digital production workshop, waterproof construction training base, renovation training base and staff home of Joyoung Waterproof. They gained a full picture of the company’s development history, global layout, intelligent production capacity and R&D capability. The delegation spoke highly of the overall strength of Joyoung Waterproof.

交流座谈 共绘出海蓝图

座谈环节，九阳防水就企业的发展历程、产业布局及海外拓展情况作了简要介绍。襄阳本土青年企业家代表一同到场，共探出海投资新机遇。

During the forum, Joyoung Waterproof gave a brief introduction to its development history, industrial layout and overseas expansion. Representatives of young local entrepreneurs from Xiangyang also attended the meeting to explore new opportunities for overseas investment.

董事长刘启军表示，选择肯尼亚，是九阳全球化战略的主动布局。肯尼亚是东非经济门户，基础设施建设持续提速，对高品质防水材料的需求真实而迫切。目前，九阳在肯投资建设的现代化生产基地正加速建设，计划2027年五月前全面建成投产，建成后业务将从建筑防水延伸至建筑涂料、道改沥青。同时，UNS贸易公司已深度参与当地重点项目，以产品与施工服务带动本地就业、培育专业人才，助力肯尼亚防水行业规范化发展。

Chairman Liu Qijun stated that investing in Kenya marks a key step of Joyoung’s global strategy. As East Africa’s economic gateway, Kenya has robust demand for high-quality waterproof materials amid booming infrastructure construction. Joyoung’s modern production base in Kenya is under accelerated construction and is expected to be fully operational in May 2027. Its business will expand from building waterproofing to architectural coatings and road modified asphalt. UNS Trading Company has taken part in major local projects, creating jobs and training professionals via product supply and construction services to standardize Kenya’s waterproof industry.

Kenneth博士对九阳防水的战略眼光和高瞻愿景给予高度肯定，并系统介绍肯尼亚投资环境与经济特区的核心优势，他表示，SEZA将依托一站式服务窗口，为投资建设提供资质核发、配套政策等全流程支撑，期待九阳防水及更多企业投资建设肯尼亚，为当地发展注入新动能。

Dr.Kenneth highly recognized Joyoung Waterproof’s strategic vision. He systematically introduced Kenya’s investment climate and core advantages of its special economic zones. He noted that SEZA will provide one-stop services covering license issuance and supporting policies for the whole investment process. He looks forward to Joyoung Waterproof and more enterprises investing in Kenya to fuel local growth.

随后，大家围绕在肯投资建设的项目审批、环保准入、市场需求及优惠政策等关切问题展开交流，进一步深化对肯投资环境与特区政策的了解，为出海布局厘清了路径、奠定了基础。

The participants then exchanged views on key concerns including project approval, environmental access, market demand and preferential policies for investment in Kenya. The communication deepened their understanding of the local investment environment and SEZA policies, clarifying paths and laying a solid foundation for overseas expansion.

未来，九阳防水将以此次交流为契机，持续深化国际化布局，携手SEZA探索更多合作路径，推动海外生产基地早日建成投产。九阳防水将持续以高品质系统解决方案响应“一带一路”倡议，带动本地就业、培育专业人才、规范行业发展，为肯尼亚及非洲建筑筑牢持久防护，书写中肯经贸合作新篇章。
