On the saline-alkali desert of northwestern Argentina—nearly 20,000 kilometers from China—a lithium chloride plant is steadily taking shape. As a key link in the new energy industry chain, every facility in the plant must withstand the dual challenges of harsh natural conditions and intense production operations. In particular, the flooring system that bears the entire production process faces multiple threats: prolonged contact with high-concentration brine, frequent heavy equipment traffic, sustained high temperatures, and intense UV radiation. Conventional flooring materials struggle to remain durable and stable under such extreme conditions.

针对氯化锂生产过程中地坪长期接触高浓度卤水、甚至处于明水浸泡的工况，东方雨虹水性聚氨酯砂浆自流平G751（以下简称“东方雨虹G751”）凭借独特水性聚氨酯砂浆配方，在地面形成致密坚固保护层，有效抵御卤水渗透，即使长期浸水依然维持结构稳定。该材料表面经特殊处理，湿滑环境下具备优异防滑性能，为作业人员安全提供保障。

To address the long-term exposure to high-concentration brine and even standing water immersion during lithium chloride production, OYH’s Waterborne Polyurethane Mortar Self-Leveling G751 (hereafter referred to as “OYH G751”) delivers an effective solution. Thanks to its unique waterborne polyurethane mortar formulation, G751 forms a dense and robust protective layer on the ground, effectively resisting brine penetration and maintaining structural stability even under prolonged immersion. The surface of the material is specially treated to provide exceptional slip resistance in wet environments, ensuring operator safety.

面对厂内3至5吨重型设备频繁作业的工况，东方雨虹G751展现出突出的承载与抗冲击性能优势。该产品拉拔强度稳定在2MPa以上，抽检点位最高达到3.8MPa，远超EN 1504-2标准规定的1.5MPa，不仅能承担重载压力，更可抵抗设备移动带来的持续摩擦与冲击。

In response to the frequent movement of heavy equipment weighing 3 to 5 tons within the plant, OYH G751 demonstrates outstanding load-bearing and impact-resistant performance. The product maintains a consistent pull-off strength above 2 MPa, with sampled points reaching up to 3.8 MPa—far exceeding the 1.5 MPa standard specified in EN 1504-2. This enables it to not only withstand heavy loads but also resist the continuous friction and impact caused by moving machinery.

此外，阿根廷紫外线强烈，普通地坪易老化褪色。东方雨虹G751添加专用抗紫外线成分，有效延缓材料老化，维持性能与外观长期稳定。面对高温环境，包括长期接触80℃以上高温甚至110℃蒸汽冲击，东方雨虹G751仍可保持结构完整，避免热应力引发变形或开裂。加之当地风沙大、砂砾摩擦频繁，材料高耐磨特性显著降低维护需求与成本。

Additionally, Argentina’s intense UV radiation can cause ordinary floors to degrade and discolor. OYH G751 incorporates dedicated anti-UV components that effectively delay material aging, ensuring long-term stability in both performance and appearance. In high-temperature environments, including prolonged exposure to heat above 80°C and even direct impact from 110°C steam, G751 remains structurally intact, preventing deformation or cracking due to thermal stress. Coupled with the region’s frequent sandstorms and abrasive grit, the material’s high wear resistance significantly reduces maintenance needs and costs.

In seven days, the technical team broke down complex processes into clear, manageable steps, patiently overcoming language barriers, experience gaps, and technical difficulties such as mixing accuracy, thickness control, and environmental adaptation. Ultimately, this once-inexperienced team successfully completed the project and became Argentina’s first professional crew skilled in waterborne polyurethane mortar flooring.
